Clear rules for using PAME responsibly and confidently.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PAME, including our website, dashboard, companion features, notifications, and related services. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using PAME, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials secure, and use an email address you control. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to protect the service.

PAME is designed to help you capture, connect, and act on information. You may use the service for lawful personal, professional, and organizational workflows that respect the rights of others and the integrity of the platform.

You may not use PAME to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, abuse the infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted systems, scrape the service at scale without permission, or upload content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or intentionally harmful.

Paid plans may begin with a free trial. Once a trial ends, the applicable subscription fee becomes payable unless you cancel before the trial expires. By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges for the selected billing cycle until cancellation.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and reviewing the features, usage allowances, and limits attached to your selected plan. We may update pricing or packaging in the future, but material changes will apply prospectively and be communicated before renewal where required.

PAME may use automated systems and AI models to organize information, generate suggestions, summarize context, or recommend actions. AI features can be helpful, but they may still produce incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated output. You remain responsible for reviewing important decisions before acting on them.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary to maintain security, performance, legal compliance, or product quality. We aim to avoid material disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to PAME. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure, back up, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service for you.

PAME, including our software, design, branding, documentation, and service materials, remains our property or the property of our licensors. If you share feedback, ideas, or feature suggestions with us, you allow us to use them without restriction or further compensation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that creates risk for users, the platform, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel paid plans according to your billing settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAME is provided on an as-available basis and our total liability for claims arising out of the service will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
